What are the main Terms & Conditions governing this offer ?

1. All customers purchasing round flight tickets to Singapore from Cleartrip.ae during the period 1st July 2010 to 7th July 2010 ( hereinafter referred to as the Offer period) would get the following ( hereinafter referred to as the Offers ): a. Participation in the Destination lucky draw , lucky winner to get refund of fare b. A Free voucher to the Singapore Flyer 
2. The Offers are valid for round flight tickets purchased on Cleartrip.ae to Singapore and back 
3. The Offers are valid for flight tickets purchased on any airline on the Cleartrip website between the Offer period. 
4. The cash discount is included in the fare displayed on Cleartrip.ae and is valid per passenger. 
5. The Offer on Singapore Flyer tour package is valid for redemption upto November 30,2010 
6. The Offers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 
7. Each passenger booked on Cleartrip would qualify to avail each of the Offer individually 
8. All qualifying customers who have booked the flight tickets would be sent an email voucher detailing procedure to avail of the Offers. 
9. The Offers would not hold valid for passengers whose flight booking has been cancelled. 
10. The Offers would not be valid for customers who have rebooked their flight tickets beyond the promotion period 
11. Cleartrip shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, defect, error or other shortcomings in the travel and services provided by any third parties including vendors and suppliers. 
12. Terms & Conditions of the offer are governed by the Laws of Republic of India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai courts. 
13. Cleartrip reserves the rights to modify, cancel and withdraw the promotion at all times, without giving any notice or assigning any reasons for the same.

What are the rules governing the Destination Lucky Draw ?
 Destination Lucky Draw: a. All qualifying customers who have booked a round trip to Singapore during the promotion period would qualify for the lucky draw to pick out one winner. b. Every passenger would be treated as one entry for the draw, i.e. two passengers in a single booking would be treated as two separate entries c. The draw would be conducted within 2 weeks from the date of the closure of the promotion d. The lucky ticket would be reimbursed by way of a cash back to the customer who has made the booking on behalf of the passenger. e. The customer would d receive a reimbursement of the entire fare paid which would be effected by a cash back within 5 working days of the completion of the travel f. The amount reimbursed to the customer would be less the Tax deducted at Source applicable on prizes.
