FAQs
So, what do I need to know to redeem the free air ticket?
Here goes:

1. The free ticket can be redeemed only on select airline(s). One select airline on which you can redeem your coupon code will be communicated to you in an email after your booking along with the coupon codes.
2. You need to book your free air tickets on or before 15th August, 2010.
3. The travel date of your free air ticket should be at least 15 days in the future. For example, if you are redeeming your free ticket on 7th July, 2010 your travel date needs to be after 22nd July, 2010.
4. Also, you cannot travel on a free ticket on the following blackout dates:

Do I need to make any special type of hotel booking to get a free ticket?
Yes – just two conditions. (a) Book a domestic hotel, and (b) book between 6th and 31st July, 2010. Apart from that – your stay can be in any domestic hotel, any date of stay and any number of guests. For every person, you will get two free tickets.

How do I redeem the free ticket?
Within 48 working hours of making your hotel booking, you will receive an email with the coupon codes and detailed instructions on how to use them. You need to enter the coupon codes on the payment step to redeem your free flight tickets.

Redeeming multiple free tickets: You will receive multiple coupon codes as per the number of people you've made the hotel booking for. So, if you make a hotel booking for 2 guests, you will get 2 different coupon codes per person, 4 in total. Each coupon code is valid for 1 ticket only (1 passenger on 1 direct flight). So, if you want to book a free* return trip for two, you will have to enter four different coupon codes separated by commas on the payment step (2 passengers x 2 coupon codes x 1 hotel booking) = 4 coupon codes). For example you may end up entering the coupn codes like this:
CC123, CC234, CC345, CC456

I don't have anywhere to fly to? Can I share the coupons?
Sure, go right ahead. Feel free to forward the email with the coupon codes to your friend – the coupons are completely transferable. Do remember, once used by your friends, they cannot be reused by you – or vice versa.

I booked 'N' hotel bookings, will I get '2xN' free tickets?
Absolutely yes! You will get 2 free tickets for every person you book. Here's how it works:

• If you make one hotel booking for 2 persons, you are eligible for 4 free tickets (2 guests x 2 coupon codes x 1 booking = 4 tickets).
• If you make 2 hotel bookings for 2 persons, you are eligible for 8 free tickets (2 guests x 2 coupon codes x 2 bookings = 8 tickets).
  

On which sectors/routes can I redeem the free ticket(s)?
The free flight tickets are redeemable on more than 120 major sectors/routes within India.

What if I cancel my free ticket?
Sorry, the free air ticket is completely non-refundable. You will not get any money back if you cancel your free ticket.

Can I choose any date of travel for my free ticket?
You can choose any date of travel upto 30th September which is the last accepted date of travel for this offer.

For the free ticket, can I change the date of travel after booking (amendment)?
Sorry, the date of travel on the free air ticket can not be changed once booked.

Help! I haven't received my coupon code. What do I do now?
Please remember that you will receive the coupon code within 48 working hours, so if you've booked your air ticket on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your code on the following Monday. If you still haven't received our mail, you should check your spam/junk folder for it. In case you don't find it there, do go ahead and contact Customer Support.
