You can save up to Rs 1,000 on your round trip bookings if you book, both, your onward & return flight with the same airline. These special roundtrip discounts are only available on the following airlines for journeys within India right now:

Great! So, how exactly do I get these special roundtrip discounts?

Upon searching for a roundtrip journey within India, if special roundtrip discounts on any airline are available, you will automatically see a message on top of the book button/total fare highlighting the airlines along with the special discounts available. Clicking on the airline's logo in the band will show discounted roundtrip options only from that airline.

From the flight options given, select the itinerary that suits you best and hit the "Book" button to proceed with your booking as you normally would. A green colored "Discounted" tag along with the discounted price (as shown below) will appear whenever you select a flight combination where a special discount is applicable. Please note, the price you see on top of the search results page is inclusive of the special discounts. You can go back to seeing all the flight options by clicking the "Back to all flights" link as shown below. You can click on another airline's logo in the "Round trip discounts" band on top to look at discounted roundtrip options from a different airline.
Any restriction on cancellations?

Yes – you cannot cancel your itinerary partially, i.e. you cannot selectively cancel only your onward or return flight. Either, both, the onward & return flight will be cancelled, or none. Upon cancellation the airline's cancellation charges & Cleartrip's cancellation charges (as prescribed in the fare rules & restrictions) will be applicable.
