What are the main Terms & Conditions governing this offer ?
 1. All customers purchasing round tickets to London from Cleartrip during the period 1st August 2010 to 10th August 2010 ( hereinafter referred to as the Offer period) are eligible for this Offer. 2. The inclusions of the Offer are as follows ( hereinafter referred to as the Offers ): a. Instant Cash discount of Rs 2000 b. Destination lucky draw , lucky winner to get complete refund of fare c. A voucher to Madame Tussauds at London ( excluding the Marvel Theatre) d. A sim card along with talk time of 500 , entire package worth 1500 free with the booking 3. The Offers are valid for round flight tickets purchased on Cleartrip to London only 4. The Offers are valid for flight tickets purchased on any airline on the Cleartrip website between the Offer period. 5. The cash discount is included in the fare displayed on Cleartrip.com and is valid per passenger. 6. The Offers on Madame Tussauds is valid for redemption upto November 30th ,2010 7. The Offers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 8. Each passenger booked on Cleartrip would qualify to avail each of the Offer individually 9. All qualifying customers who have booked the flight tickets would be sent an email voucher detailing procedure to avail of the Offers. 10. The Offers would not hold valid for passengers whose flight booking has been cancelled.

Any other Terms & Conditions I need to be aware of ?
11. The Offers would not be valid for customers who have rebooked their flight tickets beyond the promotion period 12. Cleartrip shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, defect, error or other shortcomings in the travel and services provided by any third parties including vendors and suppliers. 13. Terms & Conditions of the offer are governed by the Laws of Republic of India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai courts. 14. Cleartrip reserves the rights to modify, cancel and withdraw the promotion at all times, without giving any notice or assigning any reasons for the same.

How do I avail my freebies ?
 15. Madame Tussauds Offer : a. Customers wishing to avail of this, should write to International.Destination@cleartrip.com at least 4 working days before intended date of usage. b. An e voucher would be issued to customers, who can present the same at the venue ,i.e. the Madame Tussauds in London. c. Tickets once issued cannot be rebooked or cancelled for a refund. d. This offer is not transferable and would be valid only for the passenger e. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash f. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer but will have to be used independently. g. Transfers are not included in the offer and customers would be required to arrange their transfer to Madame Tussauds on their own 16. International Sim Card by Uniconnect : a. This offer would be applicable to India Residents only. b. This international mobile roaming service for use overseas is governed by various terms and conditions as stipulated in the Rental Agreement Forms of UNICONNECT and all claims / disputes, if any, shall be governed by those stipulated terms and conditions.

What are my chances of winning the Lucky Draw ?
 17. Destination Lucky Draw: a. All qualifying customers who have booked a round trip to London during the promotion period would qualify for the lucky draw to pick out one winner for each destination. b. Every passenger would be treated as one entry for the draw, i.e. two passengers in a single flight booking would be treated as two separate entries c. The draw would be conducted within 7 working days from the date of the closure of the promotion d. The lucky flight ticket would be reimbursed by way of a cash back to the customer who has made the booking on behalf of the passenger. e. The customer would d receive a reimbursement of the entire fare paid which would be effected by a cash back within 5 working days of the completion of the travel f. The amount reimbursed to the customer would be less the Tax deducted at Source applicable on prizes.
