1. All customers purchasing round flight tickets to Kathmandu & Colombo from Cleartrip during the period 25th August 2010 to 31st August 2010 ( hereinafter referred to as the Offer period) are eligible for this Offer. 
2. The inclusions of the Offer are as follows ( hereinafter referred to as the Offers ): a. Instant Cash discount of Rs 1000 b. Destination lucky draw , lucky winner to get complete refund of fare c. A sim card along with talk time of 500 , entire package worth 1500 free with the booking d. A Rs 1000 voucher valid across any hotel in Nepal on Cleartrip.com (for Kathmandu bookings only) e. 3. The Offers are valid for round flight tickets purchased on Cleartrip to Kathmandu or Colombo only 
4. The Offers are valid for flight tickets purchased on any airline on the Cleartrip website between the Offer period. 
5. The cash discount is included in the fare displayed on Cleartrip.com and is valid per passenger. 
6. The Dining Buffet Voucher at Taj Samudra is valid for redemption upto November 30th ,2010. The hotel voucher is redeemable upto 15th December 2010. 
7. The Offers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 
8. Each passenger booked on Cleartrip would qualify to avail each of the Offer individually 
9. All qualifying customers who have booked the flight tickets would be sent an email voucher detailing procedure to avail of the Offers. 
10. The Offers would not hold valid for passengers whose booking has been cancelled.    
11. The Offers would not be valid for customers who have rebooked their flight tickets beyond the promotion period 
12. Cleartrip shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay, defect, error or other shortcomings in the travel and services provided by any third parties including vendors and suppliers. 
13. Terms & Conditions of the offer are governed by the Laws of Republic of India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai courts. 
14. Cleartrip reserves the rights to modify, cancel and withdraw the promotion at all times, without giving any notice or assigning any reasons for the same.

For Kathmandu bookings only: A Rs 1000 voucher valid across any hotel in Nepal on Cleartrip.com a) Customers wanting to avail of the offer must book their hotels on the Cleartrip website b) The customer to enter the coupon code at the time of booking c) All Bookings made during promo period would get a cashback worth the value into their account within 5 working days from date of booking d) Each passenger to get Rs 1000/- off, i.e. if there are two passengers in the booking discount would be 2000 and so on. e) Validity of the coupon to be for booking till 15 th December 2010. f) The discount is applicable for hotel bookings in Nepal only 
16. For Colombo Bookings only: Dining Buffet Voucher at Latitude, the 24 hour all day dining restaurant at Taj Samudra. a. Customer to provide a printout of the e voucher at the Latitude, Taj Samudra No 25 Galle Face Centre Road,Colombo 03,Colombo, Sri Lanka, 3 b. Customer to hand over voucher at the restaurant at billing c. All t & C pertaining to cancellation would be indicated in the voucher letter d. The voucher is non transferable and only the customer would be permitted to utilize it e. The offer does not include transfer to the venue and customer will have to arrange for this on his own f. The voucher may be utilized no later than 30th November 2010 
17. International Sim Card by Uniconnect : a. This offer would be applicable to India Residents only. b. This international mobile roaming service for use overseas is governed by various terms and conditions as stipulated in the Rental Agreement Forms of UNICONNECT and all claims / disputes, if any, shall be governed by those stipulated terms and conditions.
18. Destination Lucky Draw: a. All qualifying customers who have booked a round trip to Colombo during the promotion period would qualify for the lucky draw to pick out one winner for each destination. b. Every passenger would be treated as one entry for the draw, i.e. two passengers in a single booking would be treated as two separate entries c. The draw would be conducted within 7 working days from the date of the closure of the promotion d. The lucky ticket would be reimbursed by way of a cash back to the customer who has made the booking on behalf of the passenger. e. The customer would d receive a reimbursement of the entire fare paid which would be effected by a cash back within 5 working days of the completion of the travel f. We email coupon codes to you within 48 working hours
Within 48 working hours of making your flight booking, we will send you an email with as many coupon codes as tickets you had booked. You can even give these coupon codes to your friends to redeem a free flight.

Redeem your free ticket using the coupon codes
Book your free* tickets on Ex-India** flights on/before 20th October, 2010 (for travel later than 15 days) by entering the coupon code on the payment step. Please read the redemption instructions below before booking.

FAQ's
So, what do I need to know to redeem the free ticket?

Here goes:

1. You can make the original booking on any airline using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card or ICICI Bank Net Banking account, however the free ticket can be redeemed only on select airlines for ex-India international flights i.e. your departure airport should be within India and your arrival airport should be outside India. Please click here to view the list of airlines on which the coupon code can be redeemed.
2. You can redeem your free tickets only on adult or child bookings. You cannot redeem your free tickets for infant bookings.
3. You need to book your free air tickets using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card or ICICI Bank Net Banking account on or before 20 October 2010.
4. The travel date of your free ticket should be at least 15 days in the future. For example, if you are redeeming your free ticket on 10 August 2010 your travel date needs to be after 26 August, 2010.
5. Also, you cannot travel on a free air ticket on the following blackout dates:

Do I need to make any special type of booking to get a free ticket?
Yes – just two conditions. (a) Book an international flight using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card or ICICI Bank Net Banking account, and (b) book between 5 August, 2010 and 30 September, 2010. Apart from that – any airline, any travel date, any number of passengers. For every adult & child ticket you book you will get an equal number of free tickets. Remember, you will not get a free ticket against an infant ticket.

How do I redeem the free ticket?
Within 48 working hours of making your original booking, you will receive an email with the coupon codes and detailed instructions on how to use them. You need to enter the coupon codes on the payment step to redeem your free tickets.

Redeeming multiple free tickets: You may receive multiple coupon codes depending upon how many passengers you booked originally – it's a "buy one get one free", remember?For every passenger on an international booking (irrespective of one way or roundtrip), you will get one coupon code. Each coupon code can be redeemed for an international booking for exactly one passenger - irrespective of one-way or roundtrip.

So, if you're eligible for 8 free tickets you will get 8 different coupon codes. Each coupon code is valid for 1 passenger only. So, if you want to book a free* return trip for a family of four, you will have to enter four different coupon codes separated by commas on the payment step (4 passengers = 4 tickets = 4 coupon codes). For example you may end up entering the coupon codes like this: ICC123, ICC234, ICC345, ICC456,

I don't have anywhere to fly to? Can I share the coupons?
Sure, go right ahead. Feel free to forward the email with the coupon codes to your friend – the coupons are completely transferable. Do remember, once used by your friends, they cannot be reused by you – or vice versa.

If I book my outbound flight under this offer, can I redeem the coupon code(s) on my return flight?
It depends. While you'll receive the coupon(s) against any international flight booking made using ICICI Bank Netbanking, credit/debit card – you can redeem the free coupon only against ex-India international flights, i.e. your departure airport should be within India & arrival airport should outside India.

I booked 'N' passengers, will I get 'N' free passengers?
Absolutely yes! You will get a coupon code for every adult or child you book. You will not get a coupon for an infant booking. Here's how it works:

* If you book a trip (one-way/round trip/ multi-city )for 3 passengers you are eligible for 3 coupon codes which you can redeem for 3 passengers for either a one-way, multi-city or round trip.

Again, please remember you will get a free ticket for every adult or child ticket you have bought during the offer period, not infants.

On which sectors/routes can I redeem the free ticket(s)?
The free tickets are redeemable on all major international sectors/routes from India.
What if I cancel my free ticket?

Sorry, the free ticket is completely non-refundable. You will not get any money back if you cancel your free ticket. However, if you cancel your original ticket you will get a refund as per the airline &Cleartrip cancellation policies.

For the free ticket, can I change the date of travel after booking (amendment)?
Sorry, the date of travel on the free ticket can not be changed once booked. However, you are free to change the date of travel of the original ticket by paying the applicable airline & Cleartrip charges.

How many times can I book & avail the offer ?
You can book & avail the offer upto a maximum of 4 times using your ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card or ICICI Bank Net Banking account.

Help! I haven't received my coupon code. What do I do now?
Please remember that you will receive the coupon code within 48 working hours, so if you've booked your ticket on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your code on the following Monday. If you still haven't received our mail, you should check your spam/junk folder for it. In case you don't find it there, do go ahead and contact Customer Support.
