What do I do after booking my flights?
    Call us anytime between 8 am and 8 pm at 022 -40554999. Press 2 in the IVR menu and you will be connected to our hotel customer care team. Give them your Cleartrip ID and proceed to book your 2 free nights stay.

What if I cancel my flight tickets? Will I still get the free stay?
    Sorry, if you cancel your flight booking, you will not be eligible to avail your free room night. In case you avail the free room night and then cancel your flight booking, the cost of the room night will be deducted from your flight refund amount. Standard cancellation policies and charges will be applicable.

The offer sounds great but I need to upgrade my room to Twin/Double occupancy. What do I do?
    You willl have to pay Cleartrip Rs 500 extra in order to get an upgrade. Let us know of your request when you call our customer care team to book your hotel and it will be done.

Is the free night redeemable in any other way?
    Nope. Since this is a complimentary offer, this hotel booking cannot be redeemed in any other way. The free room night cannot be exchanged for cash either.

What if I want to book an extra night over and above my free night?
    You can book an extra night with our customer support team at the prices available online with Cleartrip. Standard cancellation policies and charges will be applicable on the extra night booked.

Is the free hotel booking transferable?
    No, the Hotel has to be booked in the name of the person who has booked the flight or in the name of the passenger travelling on the flight.

What if I wish to cancel my hotel booking?
    The booking can be cancelled with a 48-hour notice. No refunds will be made for the free night cancelled.

What if I want to amend my hotel booking?
    Amendments are not possible for the free room night that you avail. No refunds / adjustments will be made on amendments

How many free room nights do i get if there are more than one passenger in a booking?
    You will get 2 free room nights per roundtrip. The offer can be availed only once during the promotion period.

What do i do incase i choose a room night which is more than Rs. 2000?
    In case you choose a room night which cost more than Rs. 2000 we give you an option to avail the room nigh by paying the additional amount. Eg. you choose a room night for Rs. 3000 you would need to pay Cleartrip Rs. 1000.
